We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our Addington, Christchurch site. This full-time role offers the opportunity to drive team performance, sales, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The Company is a Kiwi-owned business with nearly 30 years of experience delivering innovative washroom and hygiene solutions, underpinned by a strong culture of teamwork and customer-focused service.
What you'll be doing: - Manage all aspects of branch operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory management, and P&L - Provide excellent customer service and account management for existing customers - Meet and exceed revenue targets and seek out new category and business revenue opportunities - Coach, train and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations

Job Requirements
- Adept leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate a team of 8 - Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills - Sound understanding of operations, inventory management, and P&L management - Track record of sales achievement in both account management and new business - Strong commercial awareness and ability to make savvy financial decisions - Confident communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills - Must have full drivers licence - Must pass pre-employment drug test - Must pass MOJ Check
