Fantastic opportunity to join our award winning STIHL SHOP in Rotorua specialising in the sales and service of outdoor power equipment. As a Sales & Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service at all times. Key roles include: • Responsible for the showroom being sales ready at all times • Sales of outdoor power equipment, parts and accessories, matching the best product to the customers needs. • Interaction with customers face to face and on the phone • Processing sales accurately through our POS system • Booking in workshop jobs • Daily processing of parts, accessories and equipment deliveries Key attributes we are looking for include: • Results driven with a passion for sales • Hard working with a strong attention to detail • Systems orientated with great computer literacy • Excellent time management, administration and organization skills • Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations, achieving excellent customer satisfaction. • Great communication skills, liaising with customers, suppliers and your team • A team player with a positive attitude This is an opportunity for the applicant to join a well established, family owned business, work with leading brands and become a valuable member of our team.
