We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead our new Central Library cafe location.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing service flow, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a positive team culture, supporting staff development, and ensuring the cafe runs smoothly day to day.
This role suits someone confident, organised, and people-focused, who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and is ready to take ownership of a new space.
Job Requirements
- Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience - Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills - Ability to manage rosters, service flow, and team culture - Customer-focused with a hands-on approach - Confident enough to hit the ground running - Must be able to pass MOJ and drug test
