Qualified Builder

Construction Company – Kaitaia, Far North, NZ Company is a growing Northland-based construction and civil works company, and we’re on the lookout for a qualified builder/carpenter to join our team. We work across a mix of residential builds, renovations, civil works, and site development, so no two days are the same.

About the Role You’ll be involved in: New builds, renovations, and structural carpentry Foundations, framing, cladding, and finishing work Reading plans and working to NZ building standards Working alongside our civil and earthworks crew Taking pride in tidy, high-quality workmanship

What We’re Looking For Qualified builder/carpenter (LBP an advantage but not essential) Solid experience on residential construction sites Strong understanding of NZ building practices & H&S Reliable, motivated, and takes ownership of their work Good communication and a team-first attitude Full NZ driver’s licence What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Full-time, stable work Variety of projects – no boring repeat work Supportive, down-to-earth team culture Opportunities to step into leadership or supervision roles

Far North / Northland – local work, no long-haul travel

Will need to be qualified with at least two years experience. Have reliable transport to get to work. Drivers Licenced Restricted or Full Must be able to pass police check and Drug test.
