Assistant Manager

A Royal Oak based fast food business is seeking experienced Assistant Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate would have relevant experience in a similar role who is able to demonstrate great leadership skills.

Responsibilities include: * Assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant and taking responsibility for managing the restaurant in the manager’s absence * Supervise and support restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and teamwork * Manage staff roster and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours • Assist in training and mentoring new team members * Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally * Assist in managing inventory, placing orders and minimizing wastage * Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

* Must have one year of experience as a Manager in hospitality industry * Hold a hospitality/business management cert would be bonus but not essential if you can demonstrate experience * Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment * Great leadership skills and ability to handle customer queries, concerns or complaints * Flexible to work evening, weekends, and holidays as required * Must have reliable transport sorted * Must be able to pass Ministry of Justice Check and Pre- employment drug test
