A Mangere-based employer is seeking a Production Assistant Manager & Technician to support daily operations and keep digital printing equipment running smoothly. The role combines production supervision with machine installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities - Install and calibrate digital printing machines - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance - Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues - Maintain accurate records - Supervise production staff and support workflow - Monitor schedules to meet deadlines - Maintain quality standards - Assist with training, rostering, and performance - Work with internal/external tech teams to reduce downtime

Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience in production/manufacturing supervision within digital print - Must have at least a Restricted Driver Licence and own reliable transport - Must be able to pass drug test and MOJ check - Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills - Good leadership and communication - Able to manage multiple priorities - Solid understanding of digital print workflows
