Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate workshop staff and daily activities • Assign jobs and monitor progress to meet deadlines • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and company standards • Maintain tools, machinery, and workshop cleanliness • Enforce health and safety regulations and safe working practices • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to staff • Monitor inventory, tools, and materials; report shortages • Inspect completed work and approve before release • Liaise with management, suppliers, or customers when required • Prepare basic reports on productivity, maintenance, or incidents

The Workshop Supervisor oversees daily operations in the plastic products workshop, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and strict compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role involves supervising operators and technicians, coordinating production activities, and maintaining plastic processing equipment.

Job Requirements

Requirements & Skills • Proven experience in a workshop or technical environment • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Good knowledge of health and safety procedures • Ability to read technical drawings or job instructions • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Effective communication and team leadership

Qualifications • Health & Safety training or certification is an advantage

Working Conditions • Hands-on workshop environment • Occasional overtime depending on workload
