Bricklayer's Labourer
About this job
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bricklayer’s Labourer to assist qualified bricklayers on residential and/or commercial construction sites. This role involves general labouring duties to support bricklaying operations and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The successful candidate will be physically fit, safety-focused, and able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities • Assisting bricklayers with daily tasks on site • Mixing mortar and concrete to required specifications • Loading, unloading, and moving bricks, blocks, and materials • Setting up and packing down work areas and equipment • Cutting bricks and blocks as directed • Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe • Following all workplace health and safety procedures • Taking direction from bricklayers and site supervisors

Job Requirements
Full class 1 license and own personal transport Willingness to perform physically demanding work including heavy lifting in a variety of conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred Requirements Previous labouring / construction experience Site Safe Passport (building or civil construction)
