Trainee Driller - Class 4
About this job
Trainee Driller needed for local business based in Southland but also servicing Otago and Central region. You'll need a minimum of a Class 4 license and be keen to work. You will be trained on various drill rigs and will work closely with our Drillers to learn about the drilling industry. Some away work will be included dependant on contracts - all expenses are covered.

Job Requirements
Ideally you will have: - Minimum Class 4 license (or an experienced Class 2 driver with Hiab experience) - Skilled in the use of a Hiab would be beneficial for the role - Good level of physical fitness with the ability to pass a medical test - Good health and safety awareness and the ability to work in a team environment - Welding or mechanical experience preferred - No issues with traveling and working away from home at times - Have a good work ethic Must have the ability to pass Pre-employment Drug Test as required. Convictions on a case-by-case basis.
