About the job:

We’re seeking a skilled tradesperson with a passion for vehicles and practical fabrication work. This is a hands-on role for someone with a proactive, “can-do” attitude. You’ll play a key part in building custom, purpose-built vehicles that make a real impact in communities across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities: - Fabricate and install vehicle parts for one-off builds to specification and high quality - Work from technical drawings and plans to construct, modify, and fit panels, frames, and components - Perform light welding, cutting, and shaping of sheet metal and aluminium - Assemble vehicle chassis, interiors, and custom components - Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold high quality and safety standards

Job Requirements

You’ll need: - Trade qualification or equivalent experience - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans - Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail - A team player with good communication and organisational skills - Safety-conscious approach and pride in quality workmanship

Police vetting will be completed on successful applicants.

Days of work
Monday-Friday / 9am-5pm (40 hours per week)

$25-$35 dependant on experience
