About this job

• Oversee and support staff throughout each shift. • Open and close the restaurant as rostered. • Delegate tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain adequate inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as required. • Assist in Managing dining reservations and coordinate table allocations. • Arrange shift coverage when team members are unavailable. • Assist staff in resolving operational or service-related challenges. • Monitor and record daily sales, costs, and revenue. • Balance the cash register and reconcile accounts at the end of each shift. • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and other supplies. • Address customer feedback promptly and ensure a positive dining experience.

Job Requirements

Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and late evenings (up to 12 AM). • Good leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members. • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities. • Composed and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
