Daily duties will include coaching, mentoring and encouragement to clients in regards to activities and programmes as well as supporting them to stay healthy and well, to grow and increase their independence as well as achieving their goals.

Job Requirements
Level 4 certificate in Health and wellbeing (or prepared to gain one) No convictions A full drivers licence and ability to drive van or larger vehicles Computer literacy especially in MS office software including word and outlook

- The role is part time and is between Monday-Friday. Hours and days to be discussed. The role will be between 20-24 hours pw. (20 hours per week)
