We are seeking an Activities Leader to join a not-for-profit charity in Naenae, supporting residents with physical, neurological, and intellectual disabilities.
In this leadership role, you will supervise a team of four staff members and play a key part in ensuring residents are empowered to choose from a diverse and meaningful range of activities. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities, managing logistics, and coaching residents to participate in ways that suit their individual needs and interests. Working closely with your team, you’ll allocate activities and events to ensure engaging, inclusive, and well-run programmes.

Job Requirements
2+ years' experience in a similar role. Full drivers licence as well as ability to drive vans and other larger vehicles. You will need a Level 4 in Health & Wellbeing or be able to attain this. Must pass a Ministry of Justice check and pre-employment drug test. Have a high level of computer competence.
