Role and Responsibilities- Duty Manager 1. Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with recruitment, training and store management. 2. Assist and monitor new staff induction programs and help them to complete courses with in the stipulated time. 3. Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food and supplies and developing team members. 4. Assist manager to serve high quality product to customers and ensure good quality of food and 100% customer satisfaction. 5. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions. 6. Manage Shift Supervisors and Team Members. 7. Ensure national and local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met. 8. Negotiate competitive deals with customers for large orders with approval from the manager and involved in the marketing of catering for large functions.
Job Requirements
1. Relevant qualification Level 3 or higher(Hospitality or Business) or a minimum of six months of work experience in any management role, full-time, working in the fast food industry. 2. Relevant numerical skills. 3. Good oral/written communication skills. 4. Basic computer literacy. 5. Valid driver licence required- Need to drive a car without a supervisor 6. Pass MOJ and pre employment drug tests

- Weekly roster basis Store Hours are Sunday to Thursday 11am-10pm and Friday/Saturday 11am-11pm (30 hours per week)
