We are seeking a reliable Orchard Apple Picker to assist with harvesting apples to meet pack house standards. The role involves following instructions from the Orchard Manager or Supervisor to select, pick, and handle fruit carefully. Workers will use ladders when required and must work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety. Duties include identifying apples that meet size, color, and condition requirements, placing fruit correctly into bins, and keeping the work area tidy. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential to support daily harvest targets and maintain orchard quality standards.
