Experienced Scaffolder

Looking for Scaffolders with at least two years industry experience & reliable referees to work Auckland wide. Carry out scaffold services as directed by the Supervisor or Contracts Manager, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities Work closely with your supervisor each day to confirm bookings, site requirements, and priorities, while planning scaffold loadings and completing pre-start hazard checks. Safely deliver, organize, assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding in line with design plans, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements, using a range of scaffold systems. Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure it remains safe and fit for use, follow all site-specific rules and company procedures, and contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication, hazard awareness, and consistent PPE use.

Assist with task analysis, rescue planning, and H&S documentation, identify and manage hazards, and only carry out work you are trained and qualified to perform. Promote safe practices through on-the-job training and supervision, report incidents promptly, take corrective action where required, and ensure all team members use the correct PPE at all times.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the scaffolding industry Full Class 1 or 2 driver’s licence (advantage to have class 2, not required) Able to work well both independently and in a team Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Good English communication (reading, writing, speaking) Confident with great attention to detail Works well under pressure and meets deadlines Be able to pass pre-employment drug test and have clean MOJ record

- Five days per week Monday to Saturday. may be required to work some Sundays depending on the site requirements (40 hours per week)
