Truck Driver
About this job
- Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centres - Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance - Operate truck into positions to ensure proper position for loading and unloading - Plan routes and meet delivery schedule - Keep a log of their activities - Follow all applicable traffic laws
Job Requirements
Class 4 - Heavy rigid vehicle licence, Class 5 - Heavy combination vehicle licence
- Days of work
- 5 days a week. Rostered shifts, can be required on weekends (30 hours per week)
