We have a local employer with a great opportunity to become a bus driver. Candidates will need at least their class 2L licence to apply. Driver training will be provided as is assistance to get your P endorsement which is needed for the role. This is primarily a customer service role, so strong customer service skills are needed as you are working with people from all walks of life. Candidates will need to pass an MOJ(Police) check and pass a drug test. The position is fulltime between 30 to 40 hours per week and will start on the 17th of April, there will be casual work available prior to this date. Candidates will need availability to work across a 7 day roster. The bus runs are from Monday to Sunday and you will be working 10 hour shifts as part of the bus run. You will need to be able to do early morning starts or evening work as part of the roster.

Job Requirements

Class 2L licence is needed as a minimum. Pass an MOJ check and the drug test. Able to work across a 7 day roster which includes early morning starts and evenings. Strong customer service skills. Willing to undergo training as required for the role. Able to pass a medical as part of the P endorsement application process.

Days of work
7 day roster 30-40 hours per week. Includes weekends, early morning starts and evenings finishing at midnight when on that shift (30 hours per week)
