We are looking for a motivated and experienced Process Operator to join the team at the employer's Tirau site permanently. This is a fantastic opportunity for those serious about advancing their career and eager to be part of a highly engaged team. You’ll have plenty of variety in this role, from running diagnostics and problem-solving to keeping an eye on quality control and ensuring the plant and equipment is clean. Your positive attitude, along with your attention to detail and previous experience in these areas, will see you succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities And Elements Of The Role Include • Assist plant operators with day-to-day processes and provide cover where required • Ensure completion of regular compliance activities and documentation to a high level • Maintain good housekeeping of processing environments • Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture • A solution focused mindset
Job Requirements
You will be working as part of a dedicated and high performing team and will need to have a strong focus on health and safety. Whilst a sound mechanical aptitude is a pivotal aspect of this role, other ideal skills include:
• Sound planning and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and teamwork ability • Self-motivated with good time management skills • Able to work in a hygienic environment • Good communication skills • Being physically fit, as some manual lifting is required up to 25kgs
**Please note that these are 12 hour shifts and you must be able to commit to those hours

- 4 on, 4 off rotating days and nights 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts) (42 hours per week)
