Employment Engagement Lead As our Employment Engagement Lead, you’ll create more job opportunities for students nationwide. You’ll focus on building strong relationships with employers, industry groups, and businesses, encouraging them to use our services. You’ll manage employer accounts, support job listings, drive revenue through paid listings, and stay informed on employment trends.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and engage a portfolio of employers. Support employers in posting roles and meeting targets for listings, engagement, and paid listings. Identify opportunities to grow employer participation. Track performance and adjust strategies to improve results. Attend events and networking opportunities to promote our services. A relevant degree in business, marketing, HR, or a similar field. 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in community, charity, or recruitment sectors. Proven ability to win new business or partnerships through outreach and relationship-building. Experience managing pipelines, meeting targets, and reporting results. Strong communication skills, able to adapt to different industries and audiences. Able to build strong, professional relationships and represent SJS with credibility. Solutions-focused, with good judgment and the ability to spot opportunities from insights. Motivated by targets and results, passionate about creating opportunities for students. Experience in the charity or youth sector is a plus. Must have a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check with no previous convictions.
