Short term Drivers needed - Class 5 -May consider class 4

Our employer is currently in the need for 4 class 5 drivers to do a Christchurch to Picton run for 8wks Needing line haul Drivers to join one of our awesome clients in Christchurch, Canterbury. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled driver to be part of our dynamic Transport operation. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods across the region. You must be open to staying away from home every so often.

Job requirements: Operating Class 5 to transport a variety of goods and materials Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, ensuring goods are transported on time and in good condition Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain vehicle safety and road worthiness Comply with all relevant road transport regulations and company policies Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

A valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record Minimum 2 years driving Class 5 vehicles in New Zealand Must be able to back a B-Train Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills You must be open to staying away from home every so often.
