Employer is seeking a few Apple Pickers to join their team at the Puketapu Farm. This is a fixed term contract – immediate start – April.
For this role: your daily duties will include but not limited to: climbing up and down 6/8 foot ladders (while wearing a picking bucket), picking apples while taking care not to bruise them and picking them to the required maturity. It can be hot working in the sun so you will need to ensure that you bring a sunhat and sun block to work each day along with your own food and drink bottle. No experience, no problem – full training will be provided. You must be able to pass a drugs test and have no physical barriers as you are climbing up and down ladders and working around tractors.

To be successful in this role you must: • Have no physical limitations • Have good footwear • Be okay working on ladders • Must pass pre-employment police and drug test • Have your own transport
