Seeking a reliable and experienced Class 5 Truck & Trailer . Driver at WIRI, Auckland, to transport empty shipping containers between designated ports safely and efficiently. Route Coverage: Ports of Auckland, Tauranga, and Hamilton

Responsibilities include but not limited to : • Deliver empty shipping containers between Ports of Auckland, Tauranga, and Hamilton • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules efficiently • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections; report defects promptly • Perform basic safety checks and preventative maintenance • Load and unload containers, ensuring secure handling • Verify delivery instructions and transport documentation • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, rest periods, mileage, and expenses • Comply with traffic laws, transport regulations, and company policies • Keep vehicles and equipment clean and well maintained Requirements: • Valid Class 5 licence • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail • Good record-keeping and communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Valid Class 5 driver licence with proven truck and trailer driving experience • Confident and competent in reversing truck and trailer combinations • Willing and able to drive to other regions as required • Strong understanding of road safety and transport regulations • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to meet delivery schedules independently • Has reliable transportation to ensure punctual and timely arrival at work. • Capable of successfully passing pre-employment drug screening and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) background checks.
