An exciting supervisor role is available at a service station in Mangawhai:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Manage daily operations of the store including serving barista coffee • Build relationships with sales representatives and order stock • Manage stock levels and pricing in the system and forecast changes in demand • Ensure stock is well presented on the shop shelves and priced accurately • Use retail merchandise strategies, promotional activities and weekly promotions to improve sales • Ensure sound and accurate record-keeping and reporting • Monitor staff performance, training and overseeing new staff • Prepare weekly roster and process timesheet • Ability to manage risks associated with service stations

Job Requirements
Ability to cope well under pressure and problem solve. Ability to lead and manage a team through effective communication skills. Able to work weekends and rostered shifts. Must be able to pass drug test and Ministry of Justice check. Physically fit, able to lift up to 12kg.
No driver's licence is required for the role but would be advantageous for reliable transport.
- Days of work
- 30-40 hours, across 5 or 6 days. Business is open 7 days from 6:30am - 8:30pm. Will need to be available to fill the roster. (30 hours per week)
