Apple Picker
About this job
An Upper Moutere orchard requires apple pickers to assist with their harvest season starting late February/early March and continuing until early May. The ideal candidates must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work 5 – 6 days per week and there is no work on wet days. Any experience would be an advantage. Less experienced pickers must be able to meet contract picking rate after 3 days at minimum wage.
Job Requirements
To be successful you must be reliable and able work 5 – 6 days per week. Must be fit to carry out these positions, no injuries, drug free, and must not be colour blind. Applicants need to have reliable transport. References if available. No criminal convictions.
