Sous Chef

Position details: Preparation and cooking of food dishes to meet production and quality standards Knowledge and competency in preparing and cooking seafood dishes Monitor staff to ensure quality and presentation meet requirements Monitor and manage stock levels Assist senior chefs in ensuring quality and high standards are achieved Facilitate good two way communication within the kitchen to ensure smooth operation Accurately check food invoices and process Ensure all food hygiene guidelines are followed at all times Ensure cleaning checklists and systems are completed Skills required.
Job Requirements
12 months past relevant experience in a similar role. Passionate about using locally sourced produce Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail in a high pressure environment.
