Civil Machine Operator

We are a tight knit, family owned civil construction business based in Henderson Auckland looking for a reliable and experienced Civil Machine Operator to join our team, starting mid to late Jan 2026. This role is primarily operating a wheel track roller, with the flexibility to jump on the ground and support the crew when needed.

Job Requirements
- Experience operating a wheel track roller. Other machinery experience a bonus. - Class 2 Full licence required - Willingness to assist with general labouring and ground support when needed - Someone mature, dependable, and safety minded - Strong work ethic and a positive attitude - Able to work well in a team and confidently unsupervised - Able to pass pre employment checks including drug and alcohol tests.
