About this job
Manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading. Loading and unloading vehicles using lifting and tipping devices. Observing all safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles. Making regular quality and safety checks of vehicles to ensure they are fit for driving. Estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe distribution of weight. Ensuring goods are stowed securely and covered to prevent loss or damage. Verifying loading documents, checking the condition of goods, and obtaining certification of deliveries. Maintaining accurate delivery records and logs. Following all company and NZTA transport regulations.

Class 4 - Heavy rigid vehicle licence,Class 5 - Heavy combination vehicle licence
