CNC Lathe Operator
About this job
We are seeking a motivated Trainee to join our team in Hornby. We manufacture high-quality, high-performance standard and custom interior and exterior doors and sliding systems for residential and commercial construction projects.
This is an entry-level role with training provided. Initial duties will include cutting jambs and hinging doors as they come off production machines. As skills develop, the successful applicant will be trained in operating CNC lathe machinery, with opportunities to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities: Cutting and preparing door jambs Hinging doors during production Assisting with general manufacturing tasks Learning CNC lathe operation over time
Job Requirements
Some heavy lifting, need to be physically fit for this role with no back issues. Will need good literacy and numeracy skills. Honest and reliable Ability to pass pre employment drug testing
