Apple Pickers

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join us for our apple picking season starting 23 February and we will need a second intake on 16 March. Work will end early to mid May or when the harvest finishes. There may also be ongoing pruning work for good candidates. We are a smaller family run orchard with blocks located at Redwoods Valley, close to Mapua, and in Tasman. You must have your own transport to get to and from any of these locations each day. Work will be paid on contract rates for each bin picked but will not be less than $23.50 per hour.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must have your own transport to get to and from work, willing to work hard, happy to work outdoors and able to work on ladders sometimes at height. Criminal convictions considered on a case by case basis.
