Packhouse Workers

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our fruit packing team in Lower Moutere from approx mid-February 2026 until late June/early July 2026. We are looking for candidates who can complete the full packing season. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that is essential to ensuring our fruit is packed to the highest quality standards. You’ll be standing for most of the day, handling trays of fruit, and working indoors. Staff rotate between packing and grading tasks throughout the day. This role is ideal for people who enjoy hard work, being part of a collaborative team, and taking pride in producing top-quality fruit!

Incentives !!!! – we pay the following incentives: Additional $1.00/hr for each hour worked over 3 months (back paid in bulk) Additional $2.00/hr from the 3-month date to the end of season (back paid at the season conclusion) All incentives are awarded based on performance and season completion, as determined by the Packhouse Manager

No experience needed – we have a fantastic team of supervisors that will train you up.
