Shift Runner/Manager

Onehunga based store specialising in pizza is looking for a Shift Runner/Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
In this role you will: - Take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes like proper portioning practices. - Take full responsibility for the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the companies quality systems, processes, and procedures. - Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor product expiration dates. - Ensure safe handling of products. - Conduct training on product quality. - Adjust staffing levels. - Ensuring that the store maintains customer service standards. - Administer over retail objectives for the store by making all possible improvements in customer service, operating plans, and advertising strategies. - Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld and accountable for store funds while running a shift. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of all safety and security standards.
Job Requirements
Level 2 Food Certificate OR at least one year food management experience is required. Any higher qualification or work experience will be preferred. Employer is conducting MOJ check and pre-employment drug test.

- Monday to Sunday between 10am and 1130pm on a shift roster basis. (30 hours per week)
