Network Installation Technician - Fibre & Copper

Join our team as a Network Installation Technician and help deliver high-quality fibre and copper connectivity to homes and businesses. This hands-on role involves installing and testing networks, configuring LAN setups, and ensuring seamless integration of customer equipment. You’ll work on everything from trenching and reinstatement to fibre splicing, copper fault finding, and MDU build projects.
What you’ll do:
Install and maintain fibre and copper networks. Configure LAN and integrate ONT devices. Perform scoping, wiring, and network troubleshooting. Carry out trenching, reinstatement, and aerial cable work. Read plans and complete build work to specification.
Job Requirements
Experience in fibre and copper installation. Strong networking and LAN configuration skills. Ability to use mechanical tools for trenching and reinstatement. Knowledge of GPX, Budi, IFDB installations. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. WTC1, WTC2. Pre-employment checks include MoJ and Drug testing. Full licence required.
