About this job
Key responsibilities: - Act as a values-led role model for all team members - Lead pre-shift briefings and support clear communication during service - Greet and farewell guests warmly, ensuring each feels welcomed and cared for - Handle guest complaints using active listening, empathy, and positive solutions - Monitor and support the efficient use of staff during service - Support upselling and product knowledge to increase sales - Follow and reinforce requirements under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 - Ensure food safety and allergen procedures are followed
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence - Remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced hospitality environment - Must have at least 6 months experience in a similar environment - Must have no serious convictions - LCQ licence would be a bonus however the employer is able to help with obtaining this

- 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 10am and 11pm. (30 hours per week)
