Pukekohe based employer is seeking an experienced Machinery Operator (Tractor) to join there Horticulture team. This role involves supporting the growing operation by providing specialised operations in the areas of ground preparation, cultivation, planting and harvesting. This position requires that the applicant can operate a range of agricultural machinery.
Key Responsibilities - Undertake machinery operation as required i.e. ground prep/cultivation, planting, harvesting operations. - Day to day set up of planters and technical equipment - Bin trailer driving and operation as required - Assisting with the spraying team - Assist with irrigation

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with agricultural machinery operation and large tractor. - Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an outdoor vegetable cropping operation - Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team - Full Class 1 drivers licence and reliable transport - Must be able to pass MOJ check, Child Sex Offender Risk Check and Drug test
