As a Care Coach, your role is more than just care — it’s about connection. You'll champion inclusive communities, living our values of Care. With Heart, every day. Each day, you’ll be part of a team that scaffolds individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities in the community to live life their way. This includes Supporting all aspects of daily life, Building routines and working toward personal goals, Assisting with meal preparation and personal care. Facilitating and supporting daily outings and community-based activities.
Job Requirements
Level 3 or above NZQA-recognised qualification in Health and Wellbeing Must be able to pass Ministry of Justice check Have full Driver License and reliable transportation Able to work flexible hours

- Rotating Roster - WEEKEND and NIGHT SHIFT COMPULSORY (30 hours per week)
