Front of House Team Member

A cosy and busy cafe in Stonefield's is looking for a cheerful Front of House Team Member to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced cafe environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be part of a supportive and welcoming team where teamwork, reliability, and positive energy are valued every day.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating the till and handling payments accurately *Providing warm, friendly customer service and creating a positive experience *Taking orders and serving food and drinks efficiently * Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to maintain a welcoming cafe * Preparing and serving coffee and beverages to cafe standards * Replenishing stock and ensuring displays are tidy * Supporting the team during busy periods

* Must have 1+ year experience in a cafe which is outlined on most up-to date CV * Must be willing to undergo and pass pre- employment drug test * Must be willing to undergo and pass a Ministry of Justice check * Must be flexible to work weekends as required * Barista experience is an added advantage * Have a reliable, bubbly and customer focused attitude * Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure * Have a reliable vehicle to get to cafe due to early morning start
