Retail Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing store sales operations including stock control including inward and outward goods, business development along with the day to day running of a retail operation. Manage and motivate your team to increase sales and ensure efficiency Manage stock levels, ordering, stock control, and stock tracking. Implement and execute the promotional programs of the business at a local level so that maximum customers can be attracted Daily cash reconciliation, petty cash, and banking Provide exceptional customer service throughout the store Develop, execute, and manage merchandising programs for the store Comply with Company policies and procedures strictly Maintain security controls - cash, keys, alarms, and stock

We will train a person who has some retail experience and would prefer 6 to 12 months previous experience. Wages will reflect experience 25-26
