About this job
A reliable and hardworking Concrete Labour to assist in the preparation, placement, finishing, and curing of concrete on construction sites. The ideal candidate will support concrete tradespeople, maintain site safety, and ensure high-quality concrete work in accordance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up formwork
Assist with mixing, pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete
Operate basic hand and power tools
Support concrete finishers and supervisors during pours
Install and remove concrete forms, braces, and reinforcements
Help with curing processes including covering and watering concrete
Load and unload materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times
Job Requirements
Previous experience in concrete or construction work preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of concrete tools, materials, and safety practices
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good time management and work ethic
Convictions Case by case
Full License as work vehicle will be supplied to the right candidate

- Monday to Friday - some Saturday work may be required at times 7am - 5pm (40 hours per week)
