Customer Service Representative (Night/Graveyard Shift)

A well-established petrol station is looking for Customer Service Representatives who are happy to do graveyard shift.

Once you became part of the company, you will receive top-class training, including the opportunity to gain NZQA qualifications.

Customer Service Representatives on the night shift are just as friendly as the daytime staffs.

Key responsibilities : Independently manage and operate the store during night shifts Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service Handle cash register and process transactions accurately Prepare, serve, and maintain the food and beverage area Monitor store presentation and ensure shelves are well stocked Check merchandise levels and place stock orders as required Proactively identify and complete tasks to keep the store running smoothly Maintain cleanliness, safety, and store standards throughout the shift

Ability to pass all pre-employment checks, including police, drug, and health checks Must have reliable transportation and a valid DL due to night shift hours Willingness and flexibility to work at any site across West Auckland Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle and turn around customer complaints positively Proven ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently during night shifts Comfortable working independently while also contributing as a supportive team player Strong awareness of health, safety, and security, with a “safety first” mindset at all times Availability to work across any shift pattern and any day as required
