Looking to Upskill and Become a Bus Driver? Great opportunity to upskill and get a class 2 licence to start your career as a bus driver. (you must currently have a clean class 1 licence for at least 2 years) Offering a 2-week training program with job opportunities available at Ritchie's. We are on the hunt for candidates that would like to become bus Drivers in South Auckland, Takanini. With a minimum of 32 hours per week available, we can keep you busy on our urban runs, with training provided on our specific routes. The role commences early next year.

Eligibility: This is an upskilling role. - Hold a Full class 1 licence for a minimum of 2 years. - Must be able to pass a medical and be able to obtain a Medical certificate for driver licence (DL9) and Passenger (P) endorsement no transport-related offences. - Must pass a Ministry of Justice check, drug test and reference check. - Must pass VCA (Vulnerable Children's Act) Safety Check - Must be available for training with a provider for a period of 2 weeks - Must be able to work split shifts - Mandatory - Be reliable and flexible to work rostered shifts (This position is on a weekly rolling roster, 6 days per week, for a maximum of 70 hours per week as per NZTA regulations). - Strong communicator with great customer service skills. - Training available to learn routes, must be a confident class driver
