Exciting opportunity for an experienced radio presenter to connect with the Hindi speaking community as a radio presenter for a local radio station.
Key Responsibilities,
- Presenting on-air programmes, including music, entertainment segments, talk shows, special events, and other station content. - Hosting shows featuring guests and celebrities, ensuring engaging and informative discussions. - Recording voice-overs for radio commercials and promotional material. - Preparing and presenting news bulletins, special announcements, sports updates, weather reports, and coverage of key events. - Presenting opinions on sports, politics, and social and economic matters relevant to the audience. - Conducting advertisement interviews (advertorials) with advertising clients in a professional manner. - Hosting talk-back shows, including interviewing callers and conducting on-air competitions. - Assisting with production-related tasks as required. - Researching, investigating, and compiling stories and programme content to support quality broadcasting.
Job Requirements
Fluent in Hindi and/or Fijian Hindi. Strong interest in local and current affairs. Relevant qualification or experience in broadcasting. Full or restricted driver’s licence (required due to working hours).
