General Labourer with Civil or Drainage Experience

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Labourers with proven experience in civil construction or drainage to join our team. This role involves hands-on work across various site locations, supporting civil crews with a range of general labouring and drainage-related tasks.
The successful candidates will be hardworking, punctual, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential, as well as the willingness to follow site safety procedures at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with civil construction and drainage works General site labouring duties Operating hand tools and equipment as required Supporting skilled trades and supervisors on site Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following health and safety guidelines and site procedures

Previous experience in civil construction or drainage Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to show up on time and work full shifts Physically fit and capable of manual labour Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Job Requirements
Clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check — no exceptions due to site locations
Full Class 1 driver licence
Reliable transport
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Able to pass random drug and alcohol testing
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
