A local Motueka Packhouse requires staff to work from late March for the season. Key duties: • To grade fruit that ensures the best presentation for local and export markets. • To pack fruit to customer requirements with no rejects. • To perform stacking duties effectively to ensure no collapse or crushed boxes. • To perform palletization tasks to ensure shipped product does not shift during voyages to customers. • To undertake maintenance and cleaning duties to maintain the company’s and the industry’s exporting standards.
A variety of shifts are available and there is some flexibility available as long as hours are set: Shift options and times to be advised.
***Candidates may be eligible for petrol assistance from MSD for the term of the contract. Ask MSD for details***

Job Requirements
Must pass pre-employment drug test and be physically fit. Minor criminal convictions will be looked at on a case by case basis. **Application form must be completed** No CV required.
