A well-established Hamilton-based manufacturing company, servicing the region and beyond for over 50 years, is seeking an experienced Machinist to join their team. The business specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-quality custom kitchens, delivering a smooth, end-to-end renovation experience and outstanding finished products for their clients.
You’ll be part of a passionate and skilled team focused on craftsmanship, quality, and exceptional service. This role involves operating CNC and Edge bander machinery to produce precision cabinetry components.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have: • 2+ years’ experience operating CNC and/or Edge bander machinery (preferrable) • Ability to carry out basic machine maintenance (be mechanically minded) • A strong work ethic with proven reliability and punctuality • The ability to listen, follow instructions, and work accurately • Good teamwork and communication skills • A strong commitment to Health & Safety and site requirements • Be fit and healthy for a hands-on manufacturing role • Flexibility to work overtime when required
