Skilled Upholsterer

Finewood Furniture is a high-end bespoke upholstery manufacturer working with leading designers and premium clients. We seek expressions of interest from a senior-level upholsterer only.

This role requires mastery of high-end bespoke upholstery and is not suitable for entry-level or intermediate applicants.

Applicants must demonstrate extensive experience in high-end bespoke upholstery; advanced cutting and sewing; complex pattern matching; diamond buttoning; ability to read and work from detailed production drawings; ability to work unsupervised; exceptional attention to detail; consistent top-tier finish quality; and a reliable work history. Work must meet designer-level standards at all times.

Extensive experience in high-end bespoke upholstery Advanced cutting and sewing skills Expertise in complex pattern matching Proven ability in diamond buttoning and detailed upholstery work Ability to accurately read and work from detailed production drawings Capability to work independently with minimal supervision Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in finish quality Reliable work history and strong professional standards Must hold a full Class 1 driver's licence with reliable transport
