Support Worker
About this job
We are seeking a caring and physically fit Support Worker to assist an 8-year-old boy with daily personal care. The role is for 2 hours per day, 5 days per week, and involves morning support after school drop-off, making it ideal for a parent or someone seeking part-time hours.
Key responsibilities include:
-Assisting with showering and personal cares -Supporting medication administration -Preparing and assisting with meals -Providing physical support as required
Experience with hoisting, nasogastric tube care, and medication application is preferred, however full training will be provided for the right person.
