What you will do: • Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience. • Ensure timely, high-quality service across various outlets, including daily breakfast, conference and event services, and evening bar service. • Motivate and develop your team, helping them achieve goals and upselling targets. • Communicate effectively with guests and team members, remaining adaptable and clear. • Maintain a sharp eye for detail, adhering to processes that guarantee consistency in service.

Must Have: • At least 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage, with a minimum of 3 months in a leadership or supervisory role. Hotel experience is preferred. • A professional, personable attitude with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality. • Ability to stay calm under pressure, making quick, collected decisions. • Able to get to work if public transport is not available • Flexibility with working hours.
