Dog Day Care Attendant
About this job
A fulltime Dog Day Care Attendant is required by a Doggy Day Care Centre to join their team. The role involves caring for dogs, teaching them to socialise with other dogs, cleaning up, pick ups and drop offs, undertaking pack walks, taking photos, customer service and answering the phone.
Job Requirements
Commercial kennel, veterinary nursing, fostering or dog rescuing is preferred. You will be confident interacting with all breeds of dogs, have very good communication skills speaking with clients, ensuring the dogs are socialising in a non-aggressive manner, be physically fit, able to be a quick thinker, use initiative and be very health and safety conscious. It is imperative that you are willing to follow instructions, can cope with pressure, able to work well in a small team, are honest and trustworthy and have a tolerance of noise. May be required to pass a security check and drug test. Need to have a Full Driver licence and a mature attitude.

- Monday to Friday, days and times to be discussed but day care open between 7.30am to 6pm (30 hours per week)
