General Maintenance Crew

A well-established fast food restaurant is currently seeking reliable General Maintenance Crew members to join their friendly and dynamic team across multiple Auckland Central locations, including Royal Oak, Penrose, Mt Wellington Highway, Lunn Ave, Mt Roskill, and Sylvia Park.

In this role, you will maintain a clean, safe, and functional restaurant environment, ensuring both internal and external areas are welcoming for customers and staff. You will take pride in your work, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, keeping equipment in good condition, and maintaining a secure site.

Key responsibilities:

* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming internal and external restaurant environment for customers and staff * Maintain the restaurant carpark, patio and all exterior equipment to ensure a safe, clean and functional environment. * Maintain bins, gardens, signage, drive-thru, floors, furniture, and complete other maintenance tasks as directed * Uphold high cleanliness standards across dining areas, toilets, windows, Playland, and party rooms * Clean and organise back-of-house areas and complete planned maintenance on grills, vats, and floors * Handle general maintenance, including pest control and safe needle/syringe disposal

* Up-to-date CV required * Must be willing to undergo and pass a Ministry of Justice check * Must be willing to undergo and pass pre-employment drug test * Must be able to work required hours including weekends * Must be physically fit to handle required duties * Cleaning experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training is provided * Must hold a Full DL and have your own reliable transport due to the hours
